How does it work?

The concept of anonymous chat is not the first chat room created at Omegle. Comparisons to it date back to the early 1990s. It is believed to have similarities to a site called “A Nice Chat” which was created by Omegle. The difference is that A Nice Chat encouraged users to use an alias that others could see. Whereas in Omegle, users only know “you” and “strangers,” making the anonymity of the conversation more obvious.
There is currently no age limit or other restrictions that apply to anyone who wants to use the site. The site does not block profanity or unwanted bots with any filters. There are no fees, no charges, and no connections to use the site. There is no registration and there is no need to create an account. You can use the site for free.
