Why do I need to log in?
Mobile users will no longer have an in-app inbox. If you still have an in-app inbox, we recommend you log in through our account management pages (found here and here) on your personal device and then get that email to us, once you’re set up with a new email address.
How do I log into my mobile app?
Here’s what you need to do if you don’t have a mobile app:
Download the app here. This page is a shortcut to the app itself.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose “Log In Evero Login ” from the “Log In With Mobile App“ drop-down menu.
Once logged in on mobile, log out on desktop.
How do I log into the website?
On desktop, you’ll find a login button on the “New Contacts” page.

How do I log in on mobile?
There is no mobile app. Log in via an app.
New mobile users can log in by downloading the app.
How do I log into the mobile app?
You’ll find a link on the mobile app’s welcome page (this may be different if you downloaded the mobile app before visiting the site). Log in with your existing email address.
That’s it! After you set up your email address, log in from your mobile device via that app.
Do I need to set up a new email account if I’m using an existing email account?
No. The mobile app will now auto-fill your email address, assuming you set up an email account on your mobile device, and there’s no need to do anything else.
If you are setting up a new mobile account, the mobile app will now send your new email address to us, but then immediately log you out. You can log back in and access your account from your desktop.
I set up a new mobile account. When will I receive a confirmation email?
That email will be sent within 48 hours of setting up the account.
Is this going to be annoying to log in on mobile?
No.
I’m also using an email address associated with my current website (just log into that account first to make sure we can authenticate). Am I going to have to set up another email account on my computer?
No. You’ll just need to set up a new mobile account, and then log in on that account.
What happens if I don’t log in?
When you don’t log into your account in 30 days or you haven’t logged in in 90 days, you will get a request to log in to the site from our server. You will receive this message via email. Once you log in to the site, you will have the option to change your password. Once you change your password, your account is secured until you log into the site again.
Do I need to change my password?
No. You can change your password anytime, on the app or the website.
Do I need to change my password if I’ve set up an email account on my mobile device?
No, you’ll have to log in to your existing account in order to change your password.
Do I need to change my password if I’ve set up an email account on my laptop?
No. This email will go to you on your computer. You’ll need to log in to your account from there, or change your password on the app.
I have multiple email accounts, including a mobile one, with different providers. How do I link them all up to a single mobile app account?
We are working on this feature, but can’t comment on it yet.
Can I link more than one email account?
You will not be able to link more than one account to an app. The links will expire on your mobile device once your first account is linked.
I already have an app account linked to a mobile account. When will I get email?
When your account gets linked, you’ll get an email to sign into the app on your mobile device.
Can I get email on both mobile and desktop?
Yes. However, on mobile you’ll only be able to send emails from the mobile device.
I already have an account linked to a mobile email account. How do I log in to that mobile email?
You’ll need to log in on your mobile device, and then log in to your email account via your mobile device. That’s it!
What if I forget my mobile account password?
If you’ve forgotten your mobile account password, the mobile app will now log you out of that app and on your desktop. You can set up another account, but not without having to do the same on your mobile device.
