What happens in your first session?
In the first session, you will be learning about how reading the Quran is a form of worship. You will also be introduced to the different parts of the letter, which are known as maddaalah. When it comes time for practicing your reading skills, we will be starting off slow by reading with maddaalah on top of every letter. After a few weeks or months, you can start taking off the maddaalah one at a time until you are only using it when you come across surahs that have long names in them. These surahs may include Ta Ha, Ya Sin, or Maryam.
